I finally got a good piece of pie! Got a slice of tomato pie. It has just the right amount of crunch, sweetness, basil and mozzarella. Just perfect! I will be back again.

My gf and I love Jack's. We recently catered my Birthday party with their food and everyone complimented the wings, chicken parmigiana, and breadsticks. Everything was delicious! Being in the industry, I know everything is top quality and extremely fresh. Thank you Jack's for making my day perfect!!

I do not recommend this place. Went there to order over $40 of food. I looked over the menu and in the section with entrees was a $16 option that included 2 ravioli and 1 manicotti. All the entrees on menu include choice of pasta. When I told them which pasta I wanted they told me pasta indent included with that item. I said , but it's grouped with other items that include pasta, why wouldn't that? They said because it already has pasta(ravioli and manicotti). I explained that the menu was misleading and I was going to leave and take my over $40 order somewhere else. The response was "go ahead, we will make that money anyway". So instead of satisfying a customer for about $1 worth of pasta , if that, they showed that they don't care about that because they make their money anyway. The owners wife and I'm sure the owner himself was the person I dealt with offered no resolve and we even rude enough to the point where I asked him if he had a problem and he threatened to call the police on me. Not the way a business should b run but since theres no other place in area , it is what it is. What a shame. I won't b going there anymore.

Updating my review; have been ordering Jacks again, and pizza has been consistent and delicious every time. Always have the nicest employees. Also I recently ordered Chicken Parm, pretty skeptical because most of the Italian Pizzerias/Restaurants Marinara sauces are pretty bland. I have to say Jacks Chicken Parm has to be the best chicken Parm in town. Perfect amount of cheese, good size chicken, and the sauce is delicious! I was extremely impressed with how good it was and will continue ordering from there, and will definitely be ordering the chicken Parm!
